Ticketing for České Radiokomunikace a. s.

The project of developing and implementing the new information system for receiving and processing users’ requests.


During the project the following modules were deployed:

  • Incident Management
  • Problem Management
  • Service Desk (Service Request)
  • Change Management
  • Release Management


Within the project a lot of modifications to the standard AW ORDO tool were made. It makes the result product really unique, extensive and fully customized.


The project included integration with the existing information and monitoring systems, both the internally developed and used applications and the global ones. The tool was also integrated into the external software of České Radiokomunikace partners and their customers.


The system contains internal and external solution interface. The project also included the delivery of a responsive design for mobile devices.


After the launch of the project, we provide České Radiokomunikace with support services for the Ticketing tool and its further small development.
