The company, which operated the HP OpenView Service Desk system (HP OVSD) for its customer, prepared migration of this system to the already implemented HP Service Manager system (HP SM), and therefore it needed documents which would assist in deciding on the procedure and various stages of this transition.

This project consisted of process consultations, analysis of data and settings of the HP OVSD system and resulting proposals of possibilities of transition into the HP SM.

On the basis of these documents, the company managed the transition between the systems successfully.
