For the company Komerční banka, a.s. web application was developed as an extension of the HP OpenView Servicedesk 4.5 system. It provides registration of service requests. The application includes a tool for easy generation of many forms for particular applications. These forms allow to query users for specific information about a problem that their need to solve.

Furthermore, an application was developed for Change Management, which enables change requests registration and recording, including the possibility of easy planning using Gantt charts and weekly reports.

HP OpenView ServiceDesk 4.5 has also been integrated with other systems of Komerční banka using web services and other integration technologies.
