ES ATM

This is a separate project that the company AHASWARE Ltd. provided as an internal project of the Česká spořitelna, a.s. aimed at improving the efficiency of services provided by the ATM network.

Particular functions / adjustments were implemented within the KC Portal application (internal web portal of the Česká spořitelna, a.s. supplied by AHASWARE Ltd., which enables management of ATMs, branches and POS and provides many other features):

• changes associated with introduction of the denomination of CZK 500 to ATM (data transport and presentation, ATM cash monitoring, turnover prediction and planning donations of the newly introduced denomination on ATM),
• reports for monitoring the use of options when choosing cash composition from the ATM,
• reports for monitoring of DCC transactions,
• optimization of algorithms for predicting turnover on ATM and planning donations (combining donations, planning of extra donations, the introduction of alternative donation days, dividing donations into denominations, recording of the rapid increase or decrease of turnover on ATM influenced by events in its surroundings),
• extension of the map interface features: export of the map base as picture, export of the displayed data as MS Excel table.
