KC Portal 2011

This is another year of a successful project for Česká spořitelna, a.s., focused on the implementation and expansion of KC Portal application features. KC Portal is the internal web portal of Česká spořitelna, a.s., which enables management of ATMs, branches and POS and provides many other features.

As part of the project these particular features/changes were implemented:

• extending the lifecycle management of ATM actions relating to planning of new ATM localities, from the design through the approval of investment to the registration of contracts,
• automatic generation of images with a map and list of the nearest ATMs which appear when a particular ATM is out of order, with no cash, etc. Based on changes in the ATM network these images are automatically updated and distributed to this particular ATM,
• automatic document generation with monthly statistics of transactions for trading partners of Česká spořitelna, a.s.,
• integration of registered data relating to the ATM servicing with supervisory and procedural tools of Česká spořitelna, a.s.,
• integration of the application with Partner24 interface,
• adjustments relating to restructuring of the branch network of Česká spořitelna, a.s.,
• revision and upgrade of application security to meet the security standard PCI DSS.
