O2 OUTAGES

O2 Outages is an application based on ORDO platform developed for Telefónica Czech Republic, a.s.

The application is used to report planned closures and to record unplanned outages and downtime. It enables recording during the outage, setting checkpoints of the downtime and filling the protocol about the outage.

The application presents the currently ongoing outages in clear form.

Users have the option of setting notifications via multiple channels (email, text messages ...) in case specific applications fail or a certain checkpoint is reached. The system also includes a desktop application used for instant notification of the user if the particular application fails.
