For the company Telefónica Czech Republic, a.s. web application was developed as an extension of the HP OpenView Servicedesk 4.5 system. It allows the registration and resolving service calls, incidents, problems and changes.

The application includes integration with other TT systems using standard web services over SOAP 2.1, possibly using a proprietary protocol.

Furthermore a universal Web Service over SOAP 2.1 was developed for HP OpenView ServiceDesk 4.5.  It enables you to search, read and write to all HP OpenView ServiceDesk entities.

The system administrator can easily set access for reading and writing to all entities for each Web service user.
