The application was developed to support the VZP ČR project also called AKORD2. The aim of the application is to provide information about project progress to entities which are part of the project.

The application has two layers: handling and presentation. The handling layer gains data from the source system, it sorts them out and stores them in its own data structures. The data also contain PDF documents that are distributed through a network to individual entities that are part of the AKORD project.

The presentation layer provides a preview of the data. The access is controlled by different roles of internal users. External users are allowed to see only the data related to their entity.

At last, the task of the application is a distribution of user-specified documents to entities involved in the project. An internal user with appropriate privileges is allowed to submit any document to selected entities.

  • ORACLE 11
  • WebLogic application server
  • ORDO 2.0 application platform
  • Frequency of data acquisition: once per month
  • The volume of a single data batch: approximately 10 MB
