TCO Process Map

The aim of the first phase of this project was mapping and recording existing processes of telco division of T-Systems a.s. The main source of information was interviews with staff, supplemented by existing documents. The outcomes of these interviews were transferred into process schemes and subsequently verified with participants in individual processes. ARIS Toolset proved as the modeling tool in this project.

In subsequent phases, we collaborated with the customer to optimize processes and their modifications due to changing conditions in which the customer’s company operates.

Work on the process map resulted in preparing foundations for the ISO 20000 audit, which the customer passed successfully.
